Terms of Service

These terms apply to transportation provided by GOLLIMO Executive Car Services (California TCP 32999). By booking a ride with us, you agree to these terms.

Reservations

Reservations are made by phone, text or email and are confirmed once we send you a confirmation. Please give accurate pickup details, passenger count, luggage needs and flight information.

Pricing

Your price is quoted before confirmation and may include base fare, hourly time, tolls, parking, airport fees, waiting time or gratuity as disclosed to you. Changes to the itinerary may change the price.

Payments

Payment terms, including any deposit or prepayment, are given when you book. You authorize us to charge the agreed amount and any disclosed additional charges incurred during the trip.

Pickup and waiting time

Please be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Each reservation includes the waiting period agreed at booking; additional waiting time may be billed as disclosed. Airport pickups are adjusted for flight delays where possible.

Passenger conduct

Passengers must follow the chauffeur's reasonable instructions and all applicable laws. Smoking, illegal substances and behavior that endangers the chauffeur, passengers or vehicle are not permitted. Passengers are responsible for damage they cause beyond normal wear, including excessive cleaning.

Safety

Seat belts must be worn as required by law. Child safety seats are required for young children under California law; please request them in advance or bring your own. The chauffeur may refuse or end service if safety is at risk.

Service interruptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, mechanical issues or other events beyond our reasonable control. If a vehicle becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement.

Cancellations

Cancellations and no-shows are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

Personal belongings

Please check the vehicle before leaving. We are not responsible for items left behind but will make reasonable efforts to return them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount paid for the reservation in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
